How do we may it work?

We will make ourselves familiar with your business and ensure we understand how it operates.
We will meet with you and discuss what factors you would like us to research and how you would like us to do this, either in person or over the phone.

Once the factors and method have been identified and confirmed we can then proceed with the ‘Mystery Shopping’ project and ensure that we provide you with usable data, within the agreed time frames and in a format that is easily understandable.
